Privacy Policy

SafePoint IT, also known as Premier Hosting Inc and Infiniwiz, ("we", "our", or "us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the confidentiality of your data. This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect information through our managed IT services, including communications systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support.

Purpose

This Privacy Policy ensures transparency in how Safepoint IT handles client information. We are committed to using personal and business data strictly within the context of our client relationships—primarily for service delivery, billing, and support—while maintaining compliance with all applicable privacy laws and ethical standards.

Scope

This policy applies to all clients, prospective clients, website visitors, and users of any services or support provided by Safepoint IT.

Collection and Use of Information

We collect and use the following types of data:
Personal and Billing Information: Name, contact details, and payment information.
Communications and Usage Data: Call statistics, voicemails, recorded calls, emails, and application-related content stored on Safepoint IT systems.
Web Usage Information: IP addresses, browser types, and website navigation behaviors.

We do not monitor, edit, or distribute customer communications data such as phone calls, voicemails, emails, or stored application content. These are only accessed:
At the request of the customer for support or troubleshooting
To investigate a suspected violation of service terms
If required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process
To prevent imminent physical harm to a customer or others

We may use aggregate (non-identifiable) statistics to evaluate system performance and improve service.

Billing Practices

SafePoint IT uses a trusted third-party payment processor for credit card transactions. This provider is contractually restricted from using or disclosing billing information beyond processing payments.

Clients may also choose to pay invoices manually via check or ACH. We do not store any check or bank information locally on our systems or in physical/paper form.

Data Retention

We retain customer data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill service obligations or comply with legal requirements. Specifically:
Communications data (voicemails, recorded calls, emails) is retained based on service agreement specifications or client request.
Upon service termination, client data is securely deleted or returned based on the terms of the service agreement.
We do not retain data beyond its intended business purpose.

Cookies and Website Analytics

Our websites may use cookies to:
Enhance the user experience
Identify return visitors
Enable basic website functionality

We may partner with third-party analytics providers to gather anonymous, aggregate web traffic data. These providers are not given access to any personally identifiable information.

Users can configure their browsers to block or delete cookies at any time.

Security Practices

Safepoint IT employs industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure customer data, including:
Antivirus and firewall protection on both software and hardware levels
128-bit or higher encryption for sensitive data
Controlled system access and user authentication protocols
Regular patching and system audits

Despite these efforts, no system is 100% secure. All internet-based data transmission carries inherent risk and is undertaken at your discretion.

Third-Party Content and Services

Our websites and systems may contain links or integrations with third-party services. These parties do not have access to customer data unless explicitly stated in this policy or permitted by the customer. We encourage reviewing their privacy policies before engaging with them.

Customer Rights

You may contact us to:
Request access to your stored data
Correct or update your personal or business information
Withdraw consent to optional data processing (if applicable)
Request the deletion or return of stored data, subject to contractual obligations
