Anthropic's bundled product is excellent for what it does, but its built-in QuickBooks connector is biased toward customer-facing work like sending invoices and running reports. It cannot enter bills, post journal entries, manage vendors, or run on a recurring schedule. We build a line-of-business connector that closes that loop, tune the agent's memory and guardrails for your business, and secure the whole deployment. Think of Anthropic's product as the demo. Ours is the production version.
Your Anthropic account is in your name and your QuickBooks data never leaves your environment. Every action the agent takes is logged and reversible. We secure the deployment with the same posture we apply to our managed IT clients.
In most cases, no. Your bookkeeper does judgment work the agent can't do. The agent handles the data-entry and reporting work, which frees your bookkeeper for the judgment work. Some owners find they were paying for data entry they no longer need. That is a conversation for you and them.
