I just finished a help session with Arman of the Chicago office and he was everything that I had hoped for. He was very pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable. Initially he helped with the problem that I had requested he contact me to solve. After that I asked him if he could help me on a related problem to do with my microphone and a new dictation system. The vendors who sold me the dictation system could not solve this problem. Arman solved it in a matter of minutes and made my work life dramatically better. Thank you again!!
