MANAGED AI SERVICES · CHICAGOLAND
Right now every person's AI is set up differently, or not at all. We roll it out to your team, connect it to the systems you run on, keep it safe and keep it improving, for one monthly fee per person.
IS THIS YOU?
Managed AI is for companies where AI has moved past one curious person, and the setup, the sharing and the fixing now land on whoever happens to know the most.
Each person set it up their own way. Nobody knows who can reach what, and the good instructions live on one laptop.
Someone built something that saves hours. Sharing it means emailing files and walking each person through setup, and the copies drift apart.
AI only pays off when it can reach your accounting system, your email and your files. Every connection means keys, permissions and testing on every computer.
When something fails, it fails quietly on one machine. You find out when people stop using it.
HOW IT WORKS
We build what your people need, test it with them, connect it to your systems and keep it working. Nobody has to set anything up by hand.
Ready for everyone, nothing to install
Skills reach your whole team through your company's Claude account, in the Claude app, on the web and in Claude Code. When a skill needs software on a computer, we install it for you.
Access by role
What each person can do through AI follows your Microsoft 365 groups, so moving someone to a new team changes what they can reach. On larger plans, each team can also see only its own skills.
Connected to your systems
Each skill brings its own connection, like your accounting system, email or files, and walks the person through signing in the first time.
Problems come to us
When someone runs into a problem, they report it from inside Claude and it lands with our team. We fix the skill once and the fix reaches everyone.
WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Managed AI is not an app that does everything the day it is installed. Each skill is built and tested for your team's real work, and your proposal names exactly which ones are included.
We set up your company's Claude account, sign-in and which skills each person gets. Most teams have nothing to install. Where a skill needs software on a computer, we install it.
The skills named in your proposal, built for the work your team repeats and tested with the people who do it.
Your accounting system, email, files or whatever the proposal names, connected and tested with the people who use them.
A walkthrough for each group on the skills they get, and how to report a problem or suggest an improvement.
| Not in the monthly fee | Included every month |
|---|---|
| New skills for new kinds of work, quoted when you ask | Keeping skills and connections updated for everyone |
| Connecting a system you have not connected before | Adding and removing people, and changing access when roles change |
| New automated workflows | Watching for errors and fixing the skills we built |
| Extra training sessions | Answering your team's questions about the skills we built |
| Work in systems outside the agreed scope | Reviewing your team's improvement ideas and rolling out the good ones |
| AI seat licenses, which you pay the AI provider directly | Help when a connection needs signing in again |
The monthly fee is per person, not per computer. Someone who works on a laptop and a desktop counts once.
TWO WAYS TO RUN IT
Same platform either way. The difference is who builds and publishes new skills after the setup.
We set up the platform and the first skills, then train your IT person to build and publish their own. We stay on call when they need a hand.
THE HONEST PART
Once AI can enter a bill or update a record, a wrong instruction has real effects. Here is what we put around it.
Skills show what they are about to change and wait for a yes on anything that matters. Guardrails are settings, not locks, so we do not rely on them alone.
What someone can do through AI is limited by their own account in each system. Nobody gets more access because they use AI.
Before a skill can change data in a system, we check that the data is backed up and can be restored.
Your AI account is in your company's name, and the business AI plan we set up does not train on your content by default.
GETTING STARTED
We look at the systems you run on and the work your team repeats every week, then price only what makes sense to start with.
15-minute call
Who would use it, which systems they work in, and whether we are a fit.
Assessment
We review your systems and the repeat work, with the people who do it.
Solution presentation
Which work to hand to AI first, the connections it needs, and what it takes to run it safely.
Proposal
A one-time setup price, one monthly fee per person, and the exact skills included.
One person, one computer, connected to the tools you already use, at one fixed price. A good way to see what AI can do before rolling it out to a team.
We run all of it: help desk, 24/7 monitoring, cybersecurity and backups, with three plans from $130 per user per month.

FAQ
A provider rolls out AI to your whole team, connects it to the systems your business runs on, and keeps it running: updates, access changes, fixes and improvements, for a monthly fee. Your team gets the results without anyone in-house having to build or maintain it.
Claude, from Anthropic, on a business plan in your company's name. Business plans do not train on your content by default. You pay Anthropic directly for the seats. Our fee covers setting it up and running it.
A one-time setup fee, then one monthly fee per person using it. We price it after a short assessment, once we know how many people will use it, which systems it connects to and which work comes first.
Keeping what you have working and improving: platform updates, adding and removing people, access changes, fixing the skills we built, answering your team's questions about them and rolling out your team's improvement ideas. New skills, new system connections, new workflows and extra training are quoted separately. AI seat licenses are paid to the AI provider directly.
No, and we will not pretend it does. The platform delivers and manages skills, but each skill is built and tested for your team's real work. Setup covers the first skills named in your proposal, and we add more as you need them.
Yes, and we use that to deliver your skills. What the plan does not do is decide which work to hand over, build and test the skill, connect it safely to your accounting system or files, or tell anyone when it fails. That is the part we do.
Per person. Someone who works on a laptop and a desktop counts once, even though we set up both computers.
It works best if you already use it, because access follows your Microsoft 365 groups. If you are on Google Workspace, we set up a Microsoft account just for this, without buying Microsoft licenses.
Yes. On the co-managed option we set up the platform and the first skills, then train your IT person to build and publish their own, and we stay on call when they need help.
It can be, with the right setup. Skills ask before changing anything that matters, each person reaches only what their own account allows, and we check that the data is backed up before AI can write to it. Guardrails are settings, not locks, so backups are what make a mistake recoverable.
Regulated data changes the setup. Patient health information needs a HIPAA-ready AI plan and a signed business associate agreement, and we keep it out until both are in place. For other regulated data, we map what the AI can reach during the assessment.
No. Managed AI works alongside your current IT. Most teams have nothing to install, and when a skill needs software on a computer, we coordinate it with your IT provider.
A short call to see who would use it and where it would save the most time. If we are a fit, the next step is an assessment, not a sales pitch.
Tell us a little about your business and we will get you booked in.
